Nice atmosphere, helpful reception and concierge teams, small playground for kids, fully private and quiet, good value for money food.

The location of the apartments was quite convenient as it was near shops and restaurants. The apartments were also spacious and had a kitchenette which was great for making simple meals. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The cleanliness of the apartments was a major issue, they were very dirty and needed a thorough deep clean. The furniture was old and worn out and the bathroom was not up to five-star hotel standards.

the location was ideal for shopping as there were plenty of shops nearby. the room was spotless and the bathroom was well, stocked and hygienic. the breakfast was beyond delicious and well worth the price. the concierge staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. the children's play area was a nice touch. I also enjoyed the convenient laundry facilities on, site, very useful for long, term stays.
Some of the furnishings and cutlery were a bit dated.

I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Amman.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The apartments were spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel facilities, especially the outdoor terrace, were enjoyable. The hotel staff at the reception were very friendly and excellent, ensuring our stay was pleasant. Additionally, the hotel is located near shops, making it convenient for us to shop.

The atmosphere of the hotel was really cozy and offered a great ambiance for a romantic escape. the view from the terrace was breathtaking, and it was a perfect spot for having a drink at sunset. the staff was really friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with anything we needed.
The room quality was not up to par with what was expected for the price paid. the furniture was worn out and the cleanliness was not up to standard, especially in the bathroom.

The exclusive amenities at this hotel were amazing. the spa and wellness center was a perfect place to relax and unwind with its beautiful heated indoor swimming pool, steam room, and sauna. the spa lounge was so chic you feel pampered just being there. I also enjoyed the sun terrace and the seasonal outdoor pool. the massage and beauty treatments were top-notch, and the staff was friendly and very accommodating.
Although everything was excellent, I did find that the snack bar was a bit overpriced for what it offered. this was a minor issue compared to everything else that this hotel had to offer.
